Woman, 30, fatally stabbed outside uptown bar

None — A woman accused of stabbing and killing another woman outside of an uptown Charlotte bar is a former bus driver for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.

Police said Katie Robinson stabbed Antoinette Baker to death early Sunday morning during a fight that started inside Hartigan's Irish pub and continued outside.

Robinson drove for CMS from May 2002 to July of this year.

Police also arrested Robinson two times over the summer. In June of 2011, she was charged with breaking and entering and property damage. A month later, she was charged with communicating threats.

Robinson is scheduled to make her first court appearance on the murder charge on Tuesday.
