Panthers Layoff Nearly Two Dozen Employees

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Channel 9 has confirmed that the Carolina Panthers have cut a number of jobs.

A Panthers spokesperson has confirmed that as many as 20 employees have been laid off due to the slumping economy.

Specifics on the jobs lost or the employees cut have not been released.
