CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Carolina Panthers receiver Steve Smith will play against the Miami Dolphins after being involved in a car accident on the way to the game. A team official said somebody "bumped into" Smith's car Thursday, but said Smith was able to continue to drive to the stadium and is fine. The four-time Pro Bowl pick has 38 catches for 512 yards and three touchdowns this season. Two of those scores came in Sunday's win over Atlanta.
