Blair Miller co-anchors Channel 9 Eyewitness News at 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. with Erica Bryant. Blair also co-anchors Eyewitness News at 5:30 p.m. with Natalie Pasquarella.
Blair joined the Eyewitness News team in June of 2002. In addition to reporting for the Eyewitness News investigative team, Miller co-anchored the weekend edition of Channel 9 Eyewitness News at 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. and the weekend edition of Action News at 10 p.m.
He comes to Channel 9 from WCBD-TV in Charleston, South Carolina where he had been reporting and anchoring. In addition to his experience behind the anchor desk, Blair has traveled the world reporting from Afghanistan and Sarajevo, Bosnia. His reporting has included live broadcasts from Houston during the Panthers Superbowl appearance, the campus of Virginia Tech to cover the school shootings, and the mountains of North Carolina after the arrest of Eric Rudolph.
Blair is a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. He has a degree in Interpersonal Communication and Broadcast Journalism.
Blair has received many honors for his reporting including a Distinguished Service Award from the United States Coast Guard. He has also been honored by NASCAR for his coverage of motorsports in Charlotte.
