Catherine Bilkey

Catherine Bilkey joined Channel 9 Eyewitness News in November 2012 as a general assignment reporter. Before moving to Charlotte, she reported in Dallas, Colorado Springs, and Cheyenne.

Catherine graduated magna cum laude from New York University with a double major in Broadcast Journalism and Middle Eastern Studies. While attending school in New York, she worked at World News with Charles Gibson, Inside Edition, and 60 Minutes. She spent her junior year at the American University of Cairo in Cairo, Egypt, and used her time there to explore other countries throughout the Middle East.
