Debi Faubion brings you the news on Channel 9's "Eyewitness News" weeknights at 5:00, 6:00 and 11:00 p.m with Vince Coakley.

Debi, who joined the "Carolina's News Team" in 1990, has hosted many special programs such as Carolina Crime Solutions, Health Hotline, and Family Focus specials.

She has been awarded local and regional Emmys as both a reporter and anchor in News and Entertainment programming, and her reports have aired on CNN and the BBC. Debi is also a featured speaker at many schools and organizations in the Carolinas, including many civic and corporate groups.

In her free time, she likes to SCUBA dive and her underwater articles and photography have been published in the print media, as well as in a calendar sponsored by Easter Seals.

Debi received her B.A. in TV, Radio, and Film from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri.
