Toyota of North Charlotte collects for Toys for Tots!

The holiday season is here, friends! Here at Toyota of North Charlotte, we’re not just celebrating by bringing your our lowest prices of the year on new Toyota and used cars. We’re also taking this opportunity to give back to the local community – our NC Toyota dealership is officially a drop-point for Toys for Tots! 

Toys for Tots is a program that collects Christmas gifts for children who just wouldn’t get them otherwise, and we’re proud to be a drop spot for such an incredible cause. Want to get involved? It’s so easy – all you have to do is swing by Toyota of N Charlotte with an unwrapped Christmas gift and leave it in the collection box, which is located inside our dealership. We greatly appreciate all donations – and we’re sure the children who will receive the gifts will, too! 

Give back this holiday season with Toyota of N Charlotte! 

Here are the details about Toys for Tots at our N Charlotte Toyota dealership: 

  • We are accepting donations through December 15th, so be sure to bring your gift by before then. 
  • We're located conveniently just off I-77 at exit 23 – 13429 Statesville Road in Huntersville, NC. Give us a shout at (888) 883-3797 for directions! 
  • Our N Charlotte Toyota dealership is open seven days a week for your convenience! You can swing by Monday-Saturday between 8:30am and 10pm, or Sunday between 12pm and 8pm. 
  • We're collecting gifts for children up to the age of 16, so choose your present and be sure to bring it in unwrapped! 

 There’s no set list on what can be donated to Toys for Tots, so feel free to choose your favorite gifts and bring them by Toyota of North Charlotte NC. We do, however, ask that you refrain from donating any food items, as well as realistic-looking toy weapons. Other than that, any child-appropriate gift will make a big difference in someone’s Christmas! 

What can you donate to Toys for Tots? 

Don’t forget – Toys for Tots collects gifts for children up to the ages of 16, and this can be a tricky age group to shop for. Here are some suggestions for that particular bracket: 

  • Hand-held electronics and board games 
  • Skateboards and bicycles, along with helmets
  • Purses and wallets
  • Watches
  • Cosmetics, curling irons, hair straighteners, hair dryers, bath sets
  • Books
  • Sports equipment and gear

Toys for Tots provides for over 700 communities across the nation  - help us help them give those in need a Christmas! Bring your gifts by Toyota of N Charlotte today and get into the holiday spirit with the gift of giving!
