- 6th St. will be closed between Alexander St. (near the Uptown Post Office) and College St. starting at 9 a.m. on Sunday, September 2nd.
- At 8 p.m. on Monday, September 3rd, the closure will be extended, with traffic blocked between Alexander St. and Tryon St.
- 6th St. will reopen at 9 a.m. on Friday, September 7th.
Most other nearby streets will also be closed. If traveling from Independence Blvd. into Uptown Charlotte, use Brookshire Freeway to the Church St. exit as an alternate route.
