NYPD Tracking Gang Crime Via Social Media
The NYPD will be doubling the size of its gang unit to combat a surge in social media-fueled violence. Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly unveiled the plan Tuesday at a law enforcement conference in San Diego. (Oct. 2)
