Pelosi: Fiscal Cliff Deal Should Include Tax Hikes For Rich
House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi told ABC's "This Week" lawmakers should consider a tax rate increase for the wealthy in order to avoid a year-end "fiscal cliff."
