SATURDAY: It was a cloudy and warm start to the day Saturday morning, with most neighborhoods in the 50s -- almost 20 degrees warmer than it was Friday morning.
The clouds will stick around all day though, with highs warming into the low 70s.
Great day to be out for the opening day at @carowinds - even with clouds we will manage to warm to the mid 70s! @wsoctv pic.twitter.com/dRjdRRw7wd

A few sprinkles could be possible at times, but mostly it will stay dry. Saturday night will be cloudy with lows in the 50s.
SUNDAY: There is a better chance for scattered showers, maybe even a storm on Sunday afternoon.
Clouds will stick around throughout the day, with highs in the lower 70s. Showers will start in the mountains early and the best chance for seeing rain in Charlotte will be after noon.
WEEKEND RAIN: Could see a few sprinkles today, looking at a better rain chance for Sunday. @wsoctv pic.twitter.com/DeyNbD9GUK
