Watching Bob Peters make a cocktail is like watching an artist at work.
The master mixologist has been creating and elevating the city’s cocktail scene for the past 20 years.
The Charlotte native grew up in Dilworth, less than 2 miles from his latest venture, The Queen & Glass.
As serious as Peters is about their spirits there, the food is also incredible.
"What I try to do is not only serve you a great drink ... but I also like to give my guests an experience, a little bit of wow and southern hospitality," Peters said.
