• Go ghost hunting at historic plantation

    Updated:

Built in 1815, Historic Rosedale Plantation is one of the last remaining antebellum plantation homes in the Charlotte area and one of the city’s best-kept secrets. It’s also believed to be one of the most active sites for paranormal activity.

Each spring and fall, the plantation hosts one of its most popular events, Paranormal Grounds Investigations, led by the Charlotte Area Paranormal Society.

During the tour, professional ghost hunters lead small groups (of no more than 20 guests) through the grounds and attempt contact with the beyond using the latest technology.

Upcoming dates are Friday and Saturday, June 14-15. Tickets cost $15 if purchased by May 31. Beginning June 1, tickets increase to $20.
