Twelve different flavors of fresh pasta cut to order. Thirteen types of ravioli. Five different varieties of lasagnas. Pizzas, sandwiches, cheeses, wines. Part gourmet grocery store, part deli, Pasta & Provisions has been serving fresh pasta and more in Charlotte for more than 25 years.
“It’s a place where you can go for lunch and leave with dinner to cook at home,” according to general manager Dylan George.
Dylan’s dad Tommy George opened the first Pasta & Provisions on Providence Road in 1992. Last year, the family opened their third location.
