Spend the day with dad at Olde Mecklenburg Brewery where they’ll have a special menu for Father’s Day on Saturday and Sunday. Selections Saturday include a roasted rack of pork and a double cheeseburger. Sunday’s brunch menu features prime rib, smoked salmon and New England Benedict with buttered Maine lobster. Enjoy a guided flatwater paddle at sunset – choose between a flatwater kayak or stand-up paddleboard – on the Catawba River followed by chef-curated fireside dinner at the U.S. National Whitewater Center.
