Kidbox: The easy way to shop for back to school that's stylish AND gives back

There's no denying back-to-school shopping is utter chaos. You know the kids need new clothes and stuff, but MAN can they seem spoiled when it's all said and done.

Well, here is one solution to make life easier and teach kids the value of giving back.

Kidbox

Kidbox is a kids' clothing box that includes six to seven items that you can order to ship to your door just in time for the school year. The charitable part? When you order a box, Kidbox sends a clothing item to a child in need.

Started in 2016, Kidbox says it has gifted more than $6 million worth of clothes to children in need.

The box comes in four different personality styles:
  • City Cool
  • Sporty Athletic
  • Modern Casual
  • Classic Preppy

There's a box for babies (sizes newborn to 24 months) and girls and boys sizes 5-14 and 5-16, respectively. They also have an option for kids who wear school uniforms.

Pricing:

Babies box: $68

Uniform box: $68

Girls/boys box: $98

How it works

1. Go online and take a quiz, answering questions about your child's personality.

2. KidBox stylists will curate six to seven items they believe will best suit your child, based on your assessment. They choose from more than 130 brands, including Adidas, Joe's Jeans, Levi's and more.

3. They'll ship you the items to try on. You won't pay unless you agree to purchase the items. Shipping is free both ways and there's no styling fee.

4. If you purchase the whole box, then you'll select an organization to donate a Kidbox clothing item to.
