On Dec. 29, 2009, Jackson conducted a traffic stop on a couple. The man in the car called 911 to report he saw an officer touch his girlfriend inappropriately.
On the tapes, Abel Moreno-Nava says Jackson had assaulted his girlfriend at the Magnolia Apartments.
Nava had to speak through an interpreter, but toward the end of the call, you can hear Jackson tell him to hang up the phone.
You then hear the radio transmission where Jackson tells dispatchers to disregard Nava's call.
"He was calling 911," Jackson says on the tape, referring to Nava. "I don't know if it went through with dispatch or whatever, but if a call came in, just [duplicate] that call please."

Jackson later arrested Nava for resisting an officer. After Jackson's arrest, Nava was released and cleared of all charges.
Eyewitness News also learned that the latest allegation of sexual assault against Jackson came more than a month after he answered a domestic violence call in north Charlotte.
Police said Jackson was one of two officers who answered a domestic violence call to a home on Yadkin Avenue on Nov. 29. While the other officer stayed outside with the man, Jackson was inside the house with the woman who called police for help.
Prosecutors said that's when he allegedly assaulted her by fondling her.
The woman came forward only after hearing five other allegations against Jackson.
Prosecutors presented the latest case to a grand jury on Tuesday. They expect to take it back to the grand jury next week and ask for an indictment.
The charge would be sexual battery, which is a misdemeanor.
Jurors did decide to indict Jackson on Tuesday on 10 other counts involving sex allegations. That means there's enough evidence for Jackson to stand trial.
