Channel 9's getting answers on Duke Energy's rate increase

None — Duke Energy wants to raise its rates by 20 percent. The community has expressed how upset it is about this increase to Channel 9. Eyewitness News anchor Blair Miller took many of these concerns to the president of Duke Energy who said the increase is an "unfortunate coincidence."
