The bus was dropping students off on Nations Ford Road.

The victim’s sister, who is also his guardian, said the bus normally has to circle around to let her brother off because of the traffic.

Tina Alexander said two men got off the bus after the attack. The bus driver drove her brother to another bus stop.

Alexander shared a photo with Channel 9 that shows bruises on the boy's back.

There was a disagreement on social media between her brother and a group of girls, Alexander said.

She said the girls threatened to have their brothers beat him up

The school district confirmed police were called after people who weren't authorized got on the bus.

“I would like for (the school district) to step up and make sure that students are safe on the bus, because at this point, I feel like no child is safe on the bus, if there's able to be two grown men to get on a bus and beat down a 14-year-old boy,” Alexander said.
