SCOTLAND COUNTY, N.C. — Three women are in jail while police search for their getaway driver after a dangerous police chase that spanned three counties.
Wadesboro police arrested Alyisa McCall, Shekia McNeill and Jasmine McRay on Monday night.

The police chief told Channel 9 an officer spotted their car after they allegedly stole about $1,000 worth of clothes from a department store.
Police from several agencies joined the high-speed chase that ended in Scotland County.
At one point, police said they had the car boxed in but the driver tried to hit an officer as authorities approached the vehicle.
No other details have been released.
