• 4 injured in 2 wrecks on same northwest Charlotte road

    CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Emergency crews were called to two different crashes Friday night on Mount Holly-Huntersville Road in northwest Charlotte.
     
    Officials said the driver slammed into a utility pole near Mountain Point Lane and snapped it.
     
    Police cleared the second wreck where a car flipped that happened near Keeneland Road.

    Four people had to be taken to the hospital.

    Witnesses said the two wrecks were related but police would not confirm that.
