• 5 injured in shooting at north Charlotte Cook-Out


    CHARLOTTE - A shooting early Sunday morning at the Cook-Out on Sunset Road in north Charlotte sent five people to the hospital, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.

    All injuries are non-life-threatening.

    Police said an overnight altercation at the restaurant led to the shooting in the parking lot. No suspects have been arrested.

    Eyewitness News has reached out to Cook-Out corporate for a statement, but no one has responded yet.
