• 4 men accused of robbing 2 people less than half-mile apart

    CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Four men are in jail on Tuesday night, accused of robbing two people less than a half-mile apart in northeast Charlotte.

    Police said they first tied three of the suspects to a robbery on Margie Ann Road near UNC Charlotte on Halloween night.

    During that investigation, police tied the group to robbing another person in the same area, just a few days earlier.
