78-year-old Charlotte man found after reported missing, police say

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police said a 78-year-old Charlotte man who was reported missing Sunday afternoon was found and is being reunited with family.

Derrick Malcolm left his residence on Tuckaseegee Road between around 3 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. and was believed to be walking away with a cane, according to police.
