According to latest survey, Lt. Gov. Dalton has ground to make up

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A poll released on Monday showed Lt. Gov. Walter Dalton has ground to make up in Wednesday's gubernatorial debate.

According to the Raleigh News and Observer, the latest survey from Public Policy Polling had Pat McCrory 10 points ahead of Dalton; 11 percent of those polled are undecided.

The results are identical to a PPP survey from Sept. 30 showing the first statewide TV debate didn't have much of an impact on voters.

The candidates will meet for their second debate on Wednesday night.
