Another restaurant sets its debut at Atherton Mill in South End

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — This fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant will open next week in South End’s Atherton Mill.

Cava says that 2,419-square-foot location will open its doors on Dec. 10. It is donating a portion of opening-day sales and taking guest donations on that day for nonprofit Sow Much Good.

Cava is the latest in a string of retail and restaurant tenants to open at Atherton Mill. The South End mixed-use development recently underwent a $100 million revamp.
