CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police arrested a man they believe is behind three different robberies where the robber shocked clerks with Tasers.
Police said Joshua Bethea would go into stores, buy something at the register, then use a Taser on the clerk before getting away with money.
Police believe his first robbery was Aug. 18 at the Plaza Express and the latest was Friday morning at a family-run grocery store.
