PINEVILLE, N.C. — An assisted living facility in Pineville just received an 80.5 on its latest health inspection, which means they got a low ‘B’ on their report.
The inspector noted 12 violations at the Haven in the Village at Carolina Place. Most had to do with cleanliness of the senior care facility.
For example, the inspector wrote, “many, many vents were dusty, rusted or had microbial growth.”
They also saw dirty and soiled furniture throughout the facility. The inspector also noticed dirty linens and pillows.
This is the lowest score they have ever gotten and the lowest score any nursing home in Mecklenburg County has received in several years.
