Autopsy: Danielle Watson stabbed 2 dozen times

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — An autopsy report uncovers new, disturbing details in the slaying of a Ballantyne restaurant manager.

The report for Danielle Watson shows she was stabbed almost two dozen times.

The fatal blows were to her neck and chest, the report states.

Watson and her unborn baby were killed at the Flying Biscuit restaurant back in January.

Police charged Mark Cox with murder in connection with Watson's death.  Prosecutors said they will seek the death penalty for Cox.

He is expected to make a court appearance next week.
