CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Another one of the eight defendants in the Boggs Paving investigation pleaded guilty as part of a plea deal in uptown Charlotte Friday morning.
John "Styx" Cuthbertson ran from Channel 9's camera right after his plea hearing in federal court.
He pleaded guilty to one count of federal conspiracy.
Court records allege that Boggs Paving ran payments through an account under Cuthbertson's company's name and gave him kickbacks in return.
