GASTONIA, N.C. — A judge in Gastonia refused to lower bond for a man charged with setting a building on fire with two people inside.
Blair Lambert, 19, remains in jail on a $250,000 bond.
Police said he planned to get revenge on two men after an argument. Last week, the men noticed smoke in a building in Stanley. They ran outside and realized someone started a fire by using gas and cuting holes in the water hose.
A tipster led police to Lambert.
