Jamell Cureton and Nana Adoma were charged with robbing the store on South Boulevard in May.
Adoma told authorities he was the lookout for the robbery, according to police documents.
They remain in jail without bond pending their federal trials.
David Fudge, who drove the getaway car, was sentenced to probation after his guilty plea earlier this year.
The owners of that mattress store, Doug London and Debbie London, were there the day of the robbery.
In October the couple was found shot and killed inside their home in a Lake Wylie neighborhood.
Police have not named any suspects in those homicides and investigators have not said if the robbery is related to the couple's death.
