CHARLOTTE — You will be able to hitch a ride for free on Saturday through the Charlotte Area Transit System on Transit Equity Day.
Transit Equity Day is a national day to honor civil rights activist Rosa Parks. All CATS bus routes, para-transit, lynx blue and gold lines are free.
If you have any questions about where you can get a free ride, you are asked to call CATS at 704-336-RIDE.
