CHARLOTTE — Charlotte made a new top 10 list of best cities for employee recognition.
The list by Forbes Magazine ranked Charlotte at seventh, Raleigh came in ninth.
The data looked at almost 5,000 companies. Researchers tracked how often employees were recognized with things such as raises, time off and praises from their bosses.
