• Cleveland Co. deputies need help ID'ing 3 laundromat robbers

    CLEVELAND COUNTY, N.C. - Cleveland County deputies need the public’s help in identifying three people who they said broke into coin delivery machines at a laundromat in Lawndale.

    The heist at the Lawndale Coin Laundry occurred on July 4.

    Surveillance cameras captured images of three robbers during the crime.

    Deputies described the robbers as a white man wearing a white shirt and a white baseball cap, another white man wearing a white shirt, a blue baseball cap and baggy pants and a white female with a large tattoo on her upper right arm wearing a dress.

    Anyone with information on the robbers is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 704-481-8477.
