CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Charlotte-Mecklenburg police have arrested and charged two brothers with the fatal shooting on Tuckaseegee Road this weekend.
Police arrested Montress Travelle Taylor, 17, and Marteicus Travarres Taylor, 21, in connection to the killing of Jermaine McClure and assault of two other victims.

Both men turned themselves in to police Monday morning.
They both are charged with murder and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, inflicting serious injury.

The shooting occurred at the Eze-N-Quick Mart Saturday night.
Carolinas Medical Center was put on lockdown Saturday night after the hospital said victims' family members got into an altercation both inside and outside of the building.

Channel 9 pulled crime statistics that show at least 20 violent crimes within a mile of the store in the last six months.
