STATESVILLE, N.C. — Gaither Road is closed from Tonewood Drive to Radio Road due to a sinkhole in Statesville.
Crews are assessing the damage to determine the necessary repairs.
The City of Statesville said there is no estimated reopening time.
Drivers are being advised to use alternate routes and avoid the area.
