Yet another former mill in the region is targeted for an adaptive-reuse development that would clean up and transform the industrial property into commercial space, perhaps to include a brewery, restaurants and retail.
That’s according to documents from the N.C. Department of Environmental Quality.
A public meeting was held this week on plans by 301 Depot Holdings, an entity affiliated with Charlotte developer Lat Purser & Associates.
