MINT HILL, N.C. — A large crowd of people waited outside a Mint Hill church on Good Friday to get a blessing that meets their needs in a very practical way.
"There are so many people who are still just struggling today, who are on fixed incomes, who are unemployed. All different kinds of things," Rev. Twanna Henderson said.

In the video at the top of the page, South Carolina bureau reporter Greg Suskin was outside New Beginnings Community Church as the church gave away a special blessing to the first 150 people in line.
