ROCK HILL, S.C. — Channel 9 learned new information about a Rock Hill daycare under state investigation.
[PAST COVERAGE: Day care receives more than 90 complaints, according to state documents]
New documents show A Child's Heart Daycare had someone working there who wasn't qualified.
A records request to the Department of Social Services revealed there were issues with one of the caregiver's background checks, and officials issued the day care a citation in July.
Channel 9 first reported on A Child's Heart Daycare this summer, when staff said they forgot a 3-year-old boy at a local park after a field trip.

Our investigation uncovered more than 90 complaints against the day care and DSS has placed the facility under a corrective action plan while it investigates.
Channel 9 is asking DSS when it plans to finalize its investigation, and if the day care has complied with the corrective action plan.
