CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A male employee was shot in the leg early Sunday morning at the Cornor Mart [sic] on Eastway Drive at Kilborne Drive, Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said.

Two men walked into the store shortly after 1 a.m. to rob the store.
No other employees were hurt and no customers were inside the shop, police said.
The employee was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
No arrests have been made.
