Family fights for justice after woman who vanished from adult care home found dead years later

SHELBY, N.C. — Mouy Tang wandered from a Cleveland County adult care home in 2008. Hunters found her remains two years ago.

Tang’s family claims state officials knew of problems at Unique Living in Shelby that put residents at risk and they should have stepped in sooner.
