• FBI expands search for man wanted in Charlotte homicide

    CHARLOTTE, N.C. - For the second time in a week the FBI is expanding its search for a man wanted for a south Charlotte homicide.

    Federal agents have shared Luis Vega's mug shot and information with people in Florida.
            
    They think he may be there with family.

    He's accused of killing Noel Hernandez in June.

    Channel 9 obtained video of Hernandez taken just hours before investigators found him shot to death on Old Pineville Road.

    Michael Zelaya and Christian Pena have already been charged in the homicide.
