CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A fire broke out at a home Friday night at 522 Lakewood Ave. in north Charlotte.
Shortly before 8:30 p.m., firefighters responded to the blaze where flames shot through the windows and doors.
Crews were able to control the fire in about 20 minutes.
No injuries were reported.
The cause is under investigation.
