- Remnants of Hurricane Ian’s circulation and rain are currently spinning around over West Virginia. Cloudiness is lingering locally but it is obviously much drier and much less windy.
- The remnants of Ian are slowly drifting east and are expected to be off the middle Atlantic coast Sunday night into Monday.
- A large area of fair weather high pressure is expected to settle over the northeast early next week.
- Some lingering cloudiness may hang out on the coast for a few days, but locally we have a pleasant, dry, uneventful stretch of weather ahead followed by a gradual moderation in temperatures.
- The next chance for any unsettled weather locally is likely not until later next week. Temperatures are expected to warm up into the 70s Tuesday.
