FORT MILL, S.C. — A man is accused of exposing himself to three woman in Fort Mill Monday evening within less than two hours of each other.

The woman told officers that she was in the parking lot of the complex around 7 p.m. when Mayer, who was not wearing a shirt, pulled up in a black Jeep Cherokee and asked for her help.

She claims that when she walked over to his truck, Mayer pulled out his genitals, and she ran away.

"It's terrifying but also its, I mean, what kind of emotional state is he in where he thinks that that's acceptable?" neighbor Bry Honiker said.

Channel 9 learned two other women reported that a man exposed himself to them in the Baxter Village neighborhood nearby on the same night.

According to officials, all the incidents happened within 90 minutes and in each case, the women said a man in a black Jeep Cherokee pulled up, tried to speak to her, exposed himself and drove off.

Deputies said Mayer has only been charged in one incident, but is considered a suspect in the two other cases.

Mayer is being held at the York County Detention Center on $20,000 bail.

In 2013, Channel 9 reported that Mayer was accused of showing a sex video at Fort Mill High School when he was a student there.

He was sentenced to probation on a reduced charge of breach of peace for that incident.
