Victim identified after fatal crash in Fort Mill

FORT MILL, S.C. — Investigators said one person was killed in an accident in Fort Mill Thursday afternoon.

Officials said the head-on crash involved a tractor-trailer on Spratt Street in front of Riverview Elementary School around 12:56 p.m.

Investigators said the driver of the car, Donna Williams, crossed the center line and hit the tractor-trailer. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

There’s no word on what caused the crash.
