Protesters continue to march in Uptown Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A group of protesters marched several blocks Wednesday afternoon, and gathered near the Time Warner Cable Arena.

The second day of the Democratic National Convention is under way at the arena.

Protesters marched between 20 to 25 blocks, and started winding down around 6:15 p.m.

It started on North Tryon Street. Protesters moved to the intersection of College and Fifth streets around 5:15 p.m., which is the closest you can get to the arena without a pass.

There are lots of police officers in the area, and there have not been any arrests so far.
