• Gun, iPhone stolen from customers in store robbery

    CHARLOTTE - A woman’s pistol was stolen from her during a Dollar General store robbery.

    A police report says the suspect robbed the store on Oakdale Road on Wednesday around 10 p.m.

    The suspect stole items from others in the store as well, items including a gun, iPhone and money.

    One victim had some bruises and scratches because of the incident. Police are still searching for the suspect.
