Here are the highest-paid Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools employees

The CBJ has rounded up the salaries for over 19,000 Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools employees, 144 of whom make six-figure salaries.

Salaries are equal to the annual rate of pay times the full-time equivalency for the time period from March 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018. Bonuses and stipends are not included. From teachers to principals to administrators, the average salary is close to $42,000.
